When you do contact us on WhatsApp, you may inquire about application to enrolment process, get information on fees and course schedules, and then fiinally book for the course as the first step in the enrolment process. Booking will enable you provide requested details that will allow our client experience / course consultant to determine instantly and advise your eligibility for application.
You may also discuss your course options, pathway to study if you fall short of eligibility, and get assistance making a choice of which course to undertake. you can discuss your career plans or goals and get some assistance with study pathways from our client experience helpdesk!
Our email inquiry provides a detailed page of information covering application to enrolment procedure, intake dates and schedules, and tuition inforation. You will also be added automatically to our email list if you reach us via this route, and we will periodically send you information on upcoming schedules, workshops, seminars, and offers!
If you do still need a further delve into a course content and delivery information before making a final decision, you may book or client experience may suggest or book a short virtual meeting with the Training Director or the Administrative Manager via Google meet to have a discussion. Time will be scheduled according to their calendar availability.
This requires a quick provision via WhatsApp of your biodata details, course name, educational qualification, and work experience. This information provided is treated as confidential pertaining to our student client data handling
This is a one time non refundable non transferable fee, paid either online through our website or a direct link to our secure payment Visa?Mastercard platform provided to you by the client experience helpdesk support when you submit your booking details. Or, you may pay directly on the Expresspay App (download via App store for both Android and IOS). You may pay via methods of using Visa/Mastercard Debit/Credit bank card, or Mobile Money Payment Authorisation on all networks.
After paying the application fee, you may notify the client experience helpdesk immediately via WhatsApp, and we do request you send in a screenshot of the payment notification you will receive from ExpressPay (they will send notification via email and/or sms text) to us as proof of payment in our communition records.
The business offie will receive your payment and will confirm this to client experience helpdes within 12 hours. The Client Experience Helpdesk Consultant will communicate this to you when you notify them of your successful payment.
They will then proceed to send you the link to the online forms. Fill in thoroughly and accurately, attach all relevant documents, complete the required essay and then submit.
Admissions team will receive and retrieve your submitted application for review. Review spans up to 5 working days. If there is a need, you may be contacted to provide more information for clarity, or you may invited to a virtual interview with head of training or Academic Director and/or the Administrator.
We reserve the right to reject our application or refuse you a place of study on any course. We will review your application in detail to ensure you meet our criteria and are eligible for study.
You will be selected against a backdrop of met requirements such as qualifications, career and professional experience, experience with young children, technology knowledge and skills, and finally language proficiency levels.
When your application is found satisfactory, the admissions team will select and add you to the slist of successful applicants and submit to the administrator, who will then send you along other applicants an offer of study letter which indicates your selection within 5 days of your initial application.
You will be required to accept the offer and pay full theory tuition fees within 48 hours to confirm you acceptance and your place on the course.Failing to ahere to step within the requested time frame may lead to you losing the offer. In theis case, a reapplication (paid again) will be needed.
Once you do accept letter via email. and confirm payment within 48 hours, your enrolment is secured.
Once the administrator receives your acceptance and the business office confirms the full tuition payment, you will receive your enrolment contractup to three days short of the course start / orientation dates from the administrative office. This letter will detail an overview of the agreement between the center and yourself and expections of you as a student.
You will be required to sign and send back a copy of the contract and a copy of a student declaration form.
Your enrolment contract will highlight a schedule for payment of part 2 - practical course (includes apparatus workshop, class management, creativity workshops)
If you prefer to buy hard copy books, and you choose to use our order service, you will be required to fill in the book order from online at the end of the first day of orientation. You may choose your prefered book pack, then pay for it. Books will be delivered within 15 calendar days from day of order and payment.
You may choose to order by paying in full or paying a 50% deposit. However, any pending balance will have to be paid when the books arrive in Accra, before it will be delivered to your doorstep at a separate courier charge (to be paid to courir service or dispatch). If you are out of Accra, you will be billed, and payment will be sent first for delivery then arrangements will be made for delivery via DHL services.
You will be invited to a series of Orientation online by the administrator (outlined and dated in the enrolment contract).
